  Cleanliness 4/5. Few tables were filthy and nasty looking. Bathrooms were clean.
  
  Service 4/5. Cashiers are distant, sometimes needing 2 or 3 reminders of what you are ordering.
  
  Quality 4/5. You are getting cheap food at a decent price. Expect, due to the high volume of customers, to find areas a little dirty and that s3rvice to be a little lax.
  
  Price 5/5. When you can get 2 sausage biscuits, a coffee and hashbrowns for under $5 its a good deal.

  While I love most Bojangles' and the food is almost never an issue, this is one where that may or may not be true depending on the day. I've had everything here from incredible chicken and wonderful coleslaw to rancid coleslaw, slow delivery of food, and messed up orders. I've had two occasions where I've ordered something and been told that it would be a "5 minute wait". Maybe they aren't allowed to give any number other than "5 minutes", but after once sitting for 25 minutes (they had already taking my credit card in these instances), and once sitting for about 45 minutes (I actually went back inside TWICE on this instance and each time was told that the food was going to be right there), I no longer trust them.
  
  Finally, this last item is not the restaurant's fault, but definitely something to consider. The order box is located directly under the landing path into Raleigh-Durham Airport. This is a busy airport and has several International flights along with being a UPS and FedEx hub for the area. If you happen to be ordering when even a small jet is landing (enjoy the view where you can almost count the lug nuts on the tires), you won't be able to hear the order taker (nor they you). If you're ordering when FedEx or UPS land their 777/767/MD-11 planes, or when American Airlines's flight from London on a 777/767 lands, you may want to roll up your windows and hold on. The noise from those planes is deafening at 300' above you and is enough that you can actually feel it in your chest. On the other hand, it's a GREAT location to plane spot!
