  Had a wonderful experience! Went here with my family. Our server was Paige, who really made an impression. She was the kindest most genuine waitress we have ever had, really went above and beyond for us. Great fast service and good food! Definitely will be coming back.

  Major mismanagement. The food is similar to all the other Buffalo Wild wings restaurants but every single time we come here it's always something related to service. Today we walk in 4 to 5 servers are standing around with hands in pocket watching TV. Someone greets us and then disappeared for like 5 minutes. Someone else comes 5 minutes later and asks if we have been helped we said yes but not seated. She proceeds to seat us. We were waiting not because of dirty tables mind you. Sever takes for ever to come get drink order by that time we have our entire order ready. Of course food takes longer then it should but not so bad that we would leave. There is also some kind of corniness issue because the place always smells a bit funky. Maybe it needs better ventalitation or something. I would replace the manager and fix the culture.

  Greg Stephenson went above and beyond today to make my previous experience a distant memory. My take out order was 100% accurate, and we even shared a nice conversation. He gave me his business card and told me he would be changing the culture of the restaurant. Which I know he will.
