I went to get a hamburger combo and requested a condiment be excluded. Unfortunately, when I arrived home the sandwich included Mayo. I contacted Manager (Carrie) and was informed of my options. Since I live less than 10 minutes away, I chose to drive back. My corrected combo was bagged, greeted with smiles, offered coupon for a free combo and was given a sweet treat. DQ exemplifies EXCELLENT customer service. I will definitely come back for the CS alone. The burger combo was great as well. ****

Very friendly staff and pretty clean place. The only problem I see with DQ is their burgers: the buns are subpar in my opinion, and overall taste just okay.
